Bell Electronics Ordering Information

To Place Your Order:

Orders for e-commerce products may be placed using available payment methods as described on our secure website. For all other products, please call us toll-free at 1-800-366-5240 or fax your purchase order toll-free to 1-888-815-9719. A "hard copy" purchase order is required for all items purchased on an open account. No products will be prepared for shipment before receiving either an online or telephone order with payment or a purchase order.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

Bell Electronics extends Net 30-day terms to established commercial accounts. Individuals or companies can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal (online orders only), or by prepaid check. We also welcome bank wire transfers.

Opening a Bell Electronics Account (established commercial firms in the U.S.A. and Canada only):

Call us or fax your trade and bank references to 1-253-395-0808. Upon approval of credit, your account will be established within 48 hours. Payment terms are stated at the time of order. Title to purchased equipment transfers when payment is received by Bell Electronics NW, Inc. Noncompliance with payment terms will result in the account being turned over for collection and all collection-related fees becoming the buyer's responsibility.

Bell Electronics Warranty Information

Refurbished Products:

Bell Electronics provides a warranty on every REFURBISHED product we sell. If an item purchased from Bell Electronics becomes defective due to normal use during the warranty period, at its sole discretion, Bell Electronics will either repair or replace the item, provided the warranty seals are unbroken or have not been removed. If, during the warranty period, it becomes necessary to return an item to Bell Electronics for repair or replacement, the user must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. The warranty is void unless all warranty seals are intact.

For Customers within the United States and Canada, the standard warranty term for most items is 6 months from the date of purchase. For International Customers, our warranty period is 90 days from the date of shipment. For any products purchased for Resale purposes, our warranty term is 90 days.

Please note that we carry a few items with a 90-day limited warranty period.

New Products:

The manufacturer provides warranties of varying lengths on all NEW test equipment products. Please see individual item data sheets for specific warranty information.

New equipment being returned under warranty must include all accessories and be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Bell Electronics Shipping Information

Order Shipment:

All orders are shipped FOB from a stocking Bell Electronics location. We charge for shipping and handling. Handling is the cost of packaging and varies by item. We recommend using United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or DHL to help ensure careful handling and prompt delivery of your order.

All fragile and high-value products are packed to industry standards, reducing the possibility of shipping damage. Oversized or overweight items, such as large power supplies, are boxed and/or palletized and shipped via motor freight. Shipping charges can be added to your invoice; however, customers are encouraged, wherever possible, to use their own Federal Express, DHL, or UPS shipping account numbers so the shipping charges are billed directly.

Any shipping charges quoted by Bell Electronics are exclusive of any import/export brokerage fees, duties, licenses, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees.

Bell Electronics Return Policy

If you have a Return:

All returns, except rental returns, require prior authorization. Please get in touch with us to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

All equipment is sold with a 5-day right of refusal. After the 5 days, incorrectly ordered equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. The return of these items is at the Buyer's expense.

Special-order items, such as E&I RF Amplifiers, may be non-returnable.
