The 4193A vector impedance meter measures impedance
magnitude and phase. The 4193A allows for testing components both
in and out of circuit. The L-ground probe allows for in circuit measurements
and a variety of optional adapters (please see Component
Test Equipment) provide an interface for out of circuit components.
