Orders for e-commerce products (identified on our site with a "Order-This-Product-Online " symbol), may be ordered, using available payment methods as described, through our secure server. For all other products, please call our toll free number 1-800-366-5240 or fax your purchase order toll free to 1-888-815-9719. A "hard copy" purchase order is required for all items purchased on open account.Accepted Forms of Payment
Bell Electronics extends Net 30 days terms to established commercial accounts. Individuals or companies can pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal (online order only), Google Checkout (online order only), or prepay by check. We also welcome the use of bank wire transfer.Opening a Bell Electronics Account (established commercial firms in the U.S.A. and Canada only)
Call us or fax your trade and bank references to 1-253-395-0808. On approved credit, your account will be established within 48 hours. Payment terms are a stated at time of order. Title to purchased equipment transfers when payment is received by Bell Electronics NW, Inc. Noncompliance with payment terms will result in the account being turned over for collection and all collection related fees becoming the responsibility of the buyer.
Bell Electronics Warranty InformationYour Purchase is Protected by our Industry Leading Warranty
Bell Electronics provides a warranty on every REFURBISHED product we sell. If any item purchased from Bell Electronics becomes defective due to normal usage during the period of the warranty, Bell Electronics, at its' sole discretion, will either repair or replace the defective item as long as the warranty seals are unbroken or have not been removed. If during the warranty period it becomes necessary to return an item to Bell Electronics for repair or replacement, the user must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. Warranty is void unless all warranty seals are intact.
For Customers within the United States and Canada, the standard warranty term for most items is one year from date of purchase. For International Customers, our standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of shipment. For any products purchased for Resale purposes, our standard warranty term is 90 days.
Please note that we carry a few items that have a 90 day limited warranty period.New Products:
Warranties of varying length are provide by the manufacturer on all NEW test equipment products. Please see individual item data sheets for specific warranty information.
New equipment being returned under warranty must include all accessories and must be sent directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed since the equipment was shipped from our location.

Bell Electronics Shipping InformationOrder Shipment
All orders are shipped FOB from a stocking Bell Electronics location. We charge for shipping and handling. Handling is the cost of the packaging and varies from item to item. We recommend the use of Federal Express or DHL to help insure careful handling and prompt delivery of your order.
All fragile and high value products are packed to industry standards, reducing the possibility of shipping damage. Large items or overweight items, such as big power supplies, are boxed and/or put on a pallet and shipped via motor freight. Shipping charges can be added to your invoice, however, customers are encouraged, wherever possible, to use their own Federal Express, DHL, or UPS shipping account numbers and having the shipping charges billed directly.
Any shipping charges quoted by Bell Electronics are exclusive of any: import/export brokerage fees, duties, licenses, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees.
Bell Electronics Return PolicyIf you have a Return
All returns, except rental returns, require prior authorization. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA). All equipment is sold with a 5 day right of refusal. Equipment incorrectly ordered must be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
New products are sold with a 5 day Right-of-Return. A full refund will be provided if in unused condition, with all original packing material and accessories. Special order items may be non-returnable.
