The Chroma 19052 is an AC/DC/IR Hipot Tester, one of the smallest Hipot Testers currently available worldwide. Its super-mini size makes it easy to carry, and the large LCD makes it easy to view measurement results. The 19052 combines AC and DC Hipot with insulation resistance (IR) measurements into a single compact unit.

The 19052 is a direct replacement for the Quadtech Guardian 1030.
